How big does a standard business card need to be?
A business card should be big enough so it doesn't get lost, yet small enough to store inside your wallet so it fits most standard card slots.
The standard business card dimensions in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Slovenia, Portugal, Turkey are as follows:
- Without trim and bleed space
- 85mm by 55mm
- With trim and bleed space
- 91mm by 61mm
The same dimensions apply regardless of whether the business card is portrait or landscape.
